    We're hiring one practitioner to own Local SEO across our client portfolio — Google Business Profile, local landing pages, citations, on-page and content. If you've moved real businesses up the map pack and can prove it, this seat is for you.

    The Role

    What you'll actually do

    You'll own the Local SEO function for a portfolio of Bangladeshi and global clients. Day-to-day, expect a mix of strategy, hands-on optimization and execution — not endless reporting.

    Google Business Profile mastery

    Own GBP optimization, ranking, posts, Q&A, photos and review strategy across multiple client locations.

    Buyer-intent keyword research

    Map local keywords by intent (transactional, navigational, informational) and tie them to revenue, not vanity.

    On-page & content optimization

    Title tags, meta, headings, schema, internal linking — every page tuned for both users and crawlers.

    Local landing page strategy

    Design and ship city/service landing pages in WordPress + Elementor that actually convert.

    NAP consistency & citations

    Audit, clean and build local citations. Keep NAP consistent across the entire local web.

    Competitor & SERP analysis

    Reverse-engineer top performers in each niche and turn insights into a clear action plan.

    Must-haves

    • Real client work in Local SEO — with proof (rankings, GBP, traffic, leads).
    • Fluent written English — strong enough to optimize and rewrite content yourself.
    • Confident in WordPress + Elementor (build, edit, fix layouts independently).
    • Solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals and basic technical SEO.
    • Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and how to improve them.

    Please don't apply if

    • You finished a course but never executed for real clients.
    • Your knowledge is mostly copy-paste from blogs and YouTube.
    • You can talk SEO but can't ship a landing page or fix a GBP issue alone.

    Walk us through your full process — keyword & SERP research, intent matching, outline, headings, NAP, internal links, schema, on-page placements, publishing checklist.

    Tell us the exact edits: tone, fact-checking, original examples, internal links, EEAT signals, formatting, schema additions, etc. Don't give a generic answer.

    Name LCP, INP, CLS — what each measures, the 'good' threshold, and one practical fix you've actually used.

    e.g., Google Search Console, GBP Insights, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer, Local Falcon, BrightLocal, PageSpeed Insights.

    One result you're genuinely proud of. Include numbers if possible — map pack rank, calls/month, GBP views, leads or revenue impact.
