1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DigiPoli website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

DigiPoli provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, access to necessary accounts and platforms, and prompt feedback and approvals. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact project timelines and results.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by DigiPoli remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose. DigiPoli retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, DigiPoli does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiPoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
